Q: Our department needs clarification on when it is appropriate to make a class “dead.”It was my understanding that when a course is not advertised and there are no enrollments, then we can make the class dead instead of cancelling it which does not impact our cancellation rates.
Q: We are going to start measuring our return customer rate. I looked through my LERN materials to find out how you recommend we measure it. I found it and it's based on going 1 year back. What's the rationale for going back 1 year rather than say 2 or 3 years back?
Q: We are revising some timelines for our quarterly guide distribution and was curious if LERN has any recommendations on the amount of lead time in advance of your first course customers should have the guide in their mailboxes?A: Here is the recommended timetable: 7 weeks out..
Q: Do you know or have benchmarks we could refer to when we look at all the Google Analytics data? For example is having a student on the web page for 3 minutes good or bad? We do have some history we can look at but I wondered if there something else we could compare all this..
