Q: I am looking for information on budget training. I work in a Recreation and Parks setting. We are preparing how to manual for staff on how to create, monitor and implement a budget. We have Capital and Operating Funds as well as Grant and Enterprising.

I am looking for the current prototype for a budget worksheet that can be used over again in perhaps a excel format or one that would do the figuring for you J We have one currently created from LERN but we have been using it for years

I have attached my draft of all the areas I want to include if you have any data that would help

On another note I am looking for a one-page Marketing Plan for individual programs. We have a huge department one but need a prototype for our staff to work on their own section of marketing for our Marketing Team to implement.

A: We can help! First, regarding the budget worksheet, is your current worksheet from LERN in Excel? I am not remembering that we have such a product. If you would like us to develop one for you, we would be happy to do that. There would be a cost to create the worksheet with appropriate formulas and calculation, but we do have the resources to do that.
