Q: I remember at a LERN Conference or seminar, there was a ratio of Revenue amount per staff in CE. A figure of $250,00 per staff comes to mind. Can you share any recent data? I generate $1.7M per year in CE with 2 Staff (Program Consultants) and me as Director. Do I have the correct number of staff complements based on Revenue.
