Q: We are going to be interviewing for a new Programmer soon. I was wondering if LERN has any suggestions on questions we could us in the interview to get the person we are looking for. Of course, I realize you don’t have the definition but it would be very similar in duties as LERN’s definition of a Programmer. Any advice on this would be very helpful!
