Q: We recently provided a professional development writing course for an organization and we would like to do a post-course assessment 90 days after the course end date.  Would your organization have any reference information on post-course assessments?  Specifically, who to survey (the program attendees or their managers or both) and what type of questions to ask?  I would appreciate any help you can provide.
