In the marketing timeline int he form I am sending, there is no mention of planning an email promotion campaign, and we strongly recommend that you send at least one email per month, starting at about 7 months out from conference. We also recommend mailing a preliminary brochure about 8 out and your final brochure 6 months out. A second mailing should go about at three months prior to conference.
