One it is short and will get higher response than a laundry list of questions. Two, you know whether the person was satisfied. A 3.8, or 2.9, or 4.1 doesn't give you that information. For any unsatisfied people, you can offer a refund and do customer service. They will tell you what they liked and did not like. This is better than guessing with a laundry list of questions. The laundry list of questions creates more problems than it answers. What will you actually do if the instructor was not "friendly"? And you won't get the issue that really bugs or hits the person. And it takes time to score all the evaluations. And so on.
