Q: From time to time, we have an instructor cancel at the last minute. Can LERN provide ideas on how to resolve this issue?
A: This is not an issue we encounter often, thank goodness. Of course, there will always be emergency situations that may require a last minute cancellation--illness, accidents, death in the family, etc. These would not be something you would expect to encounter often, and I assume you have procedures in place for handling this, notifying those who have registered, refunding registration fees, etc.Typically, in such cases, classes are rescheduled and every effort is made to transfer participants to the new time.
