Q: We would appreciate consultation on financial benchmarks for our program. The benchmarks that LERN endorses do not apply to our unit for several reasons. Is it possible to have a telephone consultation with someone from LERN so we can learn how best to align programs with the spreadsheet the Associate Dean for Administrative Services uses, the individual program budget worksheets we use, LERN benchmarks, etc. with the goal of helping us to better track our fiscal viability? We are in an extremely tight budget environment and must be self sustaining now in addition to raising money that the university must revert to the state.
