Q: Our enrolments are down again this semester (both personal enrichment and professional development). The brochure is mailed but is not bringing us the return. Our good customers don’t come back (in languages etc). The evaluations are good so really curious to what is happening. There are lots of jobs so PD is down as well. Wondering what’s happening in other places?
A: In a word--down. We have just gotten the results of our fall enrollment survey. Nearly 75% of programs are reporting enrollments are static or down. Only slightly more than a quarter are reporting increases in enrollments. Members who have responded to our fall survey will be receiving more detailed analysis of the numbers soon. The survey was sent to all primary contact members. If you haven't had a chance to respond yet, please fill out the survey and send it back. The information will only go to those who have responded. If you can't find the email with the survey, let us know and we can resend it. The more responses we have, the more information we can provide to you and others. In these tough times, having the best information available is critical.
