Q: I am now working on putting together a survey as to what our customers desire from Water Fitness Classes. Our attendance is down quite a bit so that tells me were are not meeting their needs in some fashion. Do you have any sample surveys on Water Fitness that you can share with me. Best not to reinvent the wheel if you have some work quite well. Are you able to share with me some successful and well laid out Water Fitness/Exercise Class Surveys?

A: We do not have specific evaluations for Water Fitness courses, but there are some guidelines you should follow for creating a good evaluation for any program area. I have attached an evaluation of a general exercise class, and you might use this to get information from your participants. In addition, when you survey, you should be sure to distinguish between evaluation and survey questions.

1. Does the water fitness class meet at times that are convenient for you?

2. If no, what times would best suit your schedule?

3. Are the facilities adequate?
a. Clean
b. Attractive and pleasant to be in
c. Safe
d. Provide adequate parking

4. Are there aspects of the water fitness class that make you uncomfortable? If so, what are they?

5. What one thing would you do to improve the water fitness class?
