Q: Who would I contact about critiquing the survey/evaluation link below that our new Director of Interdisciplinary Studies Program would like us to use? At first glance, I personally think it is too dark, and I’m not sure about the dial; I was thinking that 5 should be the highest rating, but I may certainly be confused.. What is your opinion? We don’t typically offer the evaluation online, but I don’t think it’s a bad idea; however, I want to be sure that it’s what LERN suggests. Also, I’m not sure that we will get the return for the online evaluation form as we currently receive from our audiences in the classroom. I’m also thinking that the course name and instructor name should be included on the evaluation form with the course number. Another question that I have is whether we should collect any demographics (birth year) on the form. Also, when I am thinking that this should be called a Course Evaluation rather than a survey although I realize they are related. As we transition, I don’t want to appear negative, and I am turning to LERN for professional guidance. Any advice will be appreciated.
