Q: I’m hoping to find out some benchmarks for class cancellations.

A: Here are the LERN benchmarks for CE classes:

Overall Cancellation Rate. 15-25%

New Course Only Cancellation Rate. 30-50%.

Repeat Rate. 30-50%.

Average Number of Students Refunded per Cancelled Course = 3 or less
