Q: Is there any advice on your website, or elsewhere, regarding the structure of a CECT department with regard to personnel.
A: I have attached two documents that you might find helpful. In general, LERN recommends that your CT activities be part of your Continuing Education Unit and that it operate as a discrete or separate business unit. The recommended staffing structure is also attached in a third document.
