In addition to running an awesome lifelong learning program, you're recruiting instructors, developing new courses, marketing your existing courses, and trying to generate as much revenue as you can.

Your Email Signature

Your closing message in your emails is a prime location to plug upcoming events. After your name, title, and contact information, you can add in a few quick links to entice the recipient to check out some other things on your site. You can even use different signatures for different groups of people.  Link to the part of your website where you list UGotClass courses, or send them to your UGotClass Custom Weblink.

Your Staff Newsletter

Does your organization send a newsletter or email blast to ALL faculty and staff regularly? There are a lot of people outside of your department who might not even know that you also offer online trainings.  Ask if you can include a paragraph in an upcoming addition! If you need copy, feel free to take the paragraph below.

Need to learn something new, but too busy to go to classes? [Your Department Name] has several online continuing education courses starting next week.  Your online course will last 4 weeks, but there's no specific time you need to log in. Social Media

Does your department have any social media pages? With post scheduling built in to Facebook and available on other free software, you can plan out all your posts for the month in one day! Choose 5 popular UGotClass courses, download a stock image for each one, then schedule your posts!

Email Blasts

You're already sending out email blasts about your Face-to-Face offerings. Include a UGotClass course or two in your next edition! If you don't want to pick specific courses, then just list that you offer online courses.


Target Cancelled Courses

When you have to cancel a Face-to-Face course, consider including information about an online alternative. Students who had signed up for your Face-to-Face entrepreneur workshop might be interested in taking UGotClass's The Business Plan or Entrepreneur Boot Camp.
