Q: I’m wondering if you have any research registration start dates in relation to when a catalog drops. Should registration be open as soon as customers receive their catalog? Should there be a lag time, so that everyone receives it at the same time and has equal chance to register for classes that sell out?
A: For open enrollment classes, registration should begin the day brochures drop and they should drop 5-6 weeks prior to the first class.
