Q: To what extent does organizational support to employee continuing education affect recruiting and retention decisions of employees?"
Meaning, does strong support of employee CE -- financial, time off, recognition, etc -- improve recruiting and/or retention? Does a lack of support hurt employee recruiting and/or retention?

A: Jeff, LERN has no data specifically related to continuing education with regard to organizational support. However, in the larger environment of business, it is well documented that recognition of employee effort is even more important than pay in creating a motivated and loyal workforce.
