Q: Even though our department has been around over 10 years, we are new to LERN. I am eager to use any tools to help us be efficient and effective. I feel we are really lacking in sales and marketing techniques. I welcome any tools that you believe would help. Particularly, do you have model job descriptions? I am having trouble getting my “sales” people to let go of the details of the contracts—I need them selling 70% of their time.

LERN has a great deal of information for this area of programming, and it is unique to the continuing education business.
