Q: I am just in the process of program planning for our new education calendar and wanted to implement the concept you suggested which was to survey our customers now that we have had our brainstorm session and our focus group review the potential titles. I am just on the LERN website and am looking for ideas on how to word that type of surveys. Can you point me in the direction of where I could find a sample or do you have a sample wording I could see?
