Q: I am wondering if you have a document already developed that outlines contract training relationships.
In other words, we are looking for a document that tells the instructor not to contact the company directly.
I would also like one for the company that tells them we expect them to come back to us and not directly to the instructor.
Let me know either way. I am trying to create something like this and was I wondering if you have a template we may be able to follow.
A: Here are two sample contracts that might be of some use. The simple contract for instructors contains a clause stipulating that leads for further consulting or training must be passed on to the organization. Hopefully this will be helpful to you.
