Q: Looking for a quick "top ten or 10 commandants of " what commonsense professional tips (SIC) class instructors should employ to meet and exceed the expectations of their class instructors. I am looking for commonsense things like
1. Be prepared for your class with outlines and materials.
2. Show 10-15 minutes to the start of your class.
3. Always wear a smile and be gracious/polite with your customers.
4. Start your class on time.
5. End your class on time.
Etc, Etc. Does such professional tips exist in printed form or article? I have a meeting on Thursday with class instructors and would like to share such information from a prestigious agency as yours to share with them versus what "The Boss" would like of these water fitness instructors.
