1. Email your customers once a week on your upcoming classes. Include one UGotClass Certificate with 3 of your in-person classes in each email.  Just say “online,” no need to mention UGotClass or LERN.
2. Make sure your frontline staff have a one page FAQ on UGotClass for inquiries.
3. Take the registration yourself!  Want to double your UGotClass registrations, then take the registrations yourself online, by phone, mail - - just like for your in-person classes.
