-Not one complaint. Not one of the 1,200 students expressed concern over being surveyed.
-Only one person said they were unhappy with UGotClass out of 200 people. That person did not receive a certificate, which was resent later the same day, making her happy.
-The survey confirms the huge satisfaction rate of UGotClass.
