At any point before, during or even after the course is over, your students can **transfer into the next offering** of the same course at *no additional cost*.
Things come up. There’s work, health, family. We understand. No questions asked. No forms to fill out. *No student is ever turned down.* Hundreds of UGotClass students take advantage of our Awesome Transfer Policy every year. Everyone wins.  It means fewer refunds to give out, and more satisfied students!

And if your student is unable to transfer for some reason, we will offer a full refund - no questions asked. If your students contact us for a refund, we will of course refer them to you if you took their registration, so we will mirror your refund policy if you are unable to provide a full refund. Read [here ](https://www.lern.org/blog/2016/01/05/your-refund-policy-is-wrong/)why LERN says that this money-back guarantee actually makes you money!
