Upon receipt of your signed Partner Agreement, we will add you as a Partner in our administrative software. The primary contact at each organization is granted access to use several functions of our administrative site. Please note that we are only able to provide access with one email address per organization, but you are welcome to share your login credentials with others.  If you are unsure of your organization's login credentials, please contact us and we will send them to you by email.

Within our admin site, you can view data on all of your registered students.

In the Classroom Report, you can view the number of students you have enrolled by course and tell whether they have joined the course yet.

Our Student Activity report allows you to check your students' progress in their courses.  You can view their most recent login date and see how many quizzes and discussion posts they have completed.

For more detailed information on a particular student, you can perform a Student Audit report to see an itemized list of when a student completed each action within the classroom.

There are also some financial reports available to you within the site.

You are also able to pull a Registration Report within any data range and register new students into UGotClass courses using this site.
