I headed back to Tucson, Arizona to work with Pima Community College. PCC has one campus - Community Campus - dedicated to working with nontraditional students.

Staff connected with Community Campus handle ABE, Public Safety, Transportation, Workforce Development, Prison, Community Education and Continuing Professional Education.

The President Lorraine Morales of Community Campus is the continuing education advocate and is working to increase services, thus participation.

During my visit we worked on ways to make the present staffing structure more effective and productive, including reducing internal roadblocks.
