Here’s the problem. Too many Community Education programs in Public Schools are reporting registration income Down over the fall of 2014. The problem is not new. But it is still there.
On the bright side, some 63 percent of Community Education programs are reporting registration income Up or About the Same. That’s about the same as the last few years as well.
But the numbers of Community Education programs in Public Schools reporting registration Down is still way too high, this fall at 38 percent of Community Education programs.
The numbers are also much worse than those reported by lifelong learning programs in other institutional settings, including higher education and recreation departments.
