Over the last six months I have had multiple lifelong learning programs ask for help developing both One-Year Business Plans and Strategic Plans.

I am pleased that more programs are planning. In particular I am having lots of fun working with the National Fire Protection Association on their Strategic Plan.

On Dec. 15 I am doing a webinar on Developing Your One-Year Business Plan and over 350 people are registered!

If your fiscal year starts on July 1, you should be starting on your One-Year Business Plan in January and you should attend the webinar.
