I am pleased that more programs are planning. In particular I am having lots of fun working with the National Fire Protection Association on their Strategic Plan. On Dec. 15 I am doing [a webinar on Developing Your One-Year Business Plan](https://www.lern.org/registration/testCart/default.cfm?ProductID=2654&do=detail&CFID=45144530&CFTOKEN=28a24e89acc23359-A6A23E81-B8AC-6F12-C8CF6B06515E24C3) and over 350 people are registered! If your fiscal year starts on July 1, you should be starting on your One-Year Business Plan in January and you should attend the webinar.       ### LATEST NEWS Video: How to Get the Most From a LERN Membership LERN Video - The LERN Program Review: Position Your Unit for Success LERN Cancellation Rates and New Programs: A Lesson From Netflix Kathryn Lynch-Morin Ready for Liftoff: Drones and Drone Courses are More Popular Than Ever Kathryn Lynch-Morin Working with the University of Nebraska - Omaha LERN [Tweets by @LernUpdates](https://twitter.com/LernUpdates) [LERN Club Sign-In](http://beta.lern.org/club/)
