**Q: **Can you please help me recall…if I am going to survey students in a particular region, is it best practice to gather the contacts of our best customers in that region from the last three years?

 

**A:** Yes. The best and most useful information will come from your best customers. Surveying your best customers from the past 2 to 3 years will give you high quality information.
