**Q:** Are there any average cancellations rates for municipal recreation classes regionally, nationally or locally?

 

**A: **LERN recommends that the cancellation rates for a successful program not exceed 15% to 20%. If your rates are higher than that, you should contact us for some free consulting on how to reduce your cancellations.
