Q: When you are doing a print advertisement promoting two programs (say a full page add, broke in half) should both programs be for the same market? For example – in the Legal education market. Criminal program and a litigation program – a half page for each.
A: It is important when placing your ads that they be placed where they are most likely to be seen by the target audience. Whether both ads should be for the same market depends upon who the readers of the print media are, and how likely individuals who are not part of a specific market are to be reading the page where the ads appear.
