Q: Do any Continuing Education programs that are nontraditional noncredit offerings, place a “disclaimer” or notice that the classes aren’t eligible for Financial Aid?

A: Many programs include information about Financial Aid. They tend to point people in the direction of what finacial aid is available.

Here's an example from Delta College in Michigan http://www.delta.edu/lifelonglearningcontent/financial-aid-refund-information.aspx In it, they specify that the Pell Grant does not apply.

Here's an example from Kennesaw University that instead shows options people do have for assistance. https://www.kennesaw.edu/coned/resources/financial-aid.html And here's one from Anne Arundel http://www.aacc.edu/aid/coned/default.cfm
