A: I have done some research on this question, but I don't have really good information for you. Here is a link to a report on enrollment trends in Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges which are also experiencing a declining enrollment in tech schools. It is likely that the causes in Ohio are similar. Additionally, it would be worth investigating whether or not the for-profit tech schools have made greater inroads in the tech area.
