Q: I just finished reading the binder – Successful Certificate Programs – by William Draves. I was just wondering if you had a template for developing new programs – from the initial idea to development to delivery to evaluations?
A: We do not have a specific template. I have attached one document on how to select new topic areas. In addition we do offer a LERN institute on program development. As LERN member, you also have access to our webinars on program development which are archived in the LERN Club.
