Q: Does LERN have any information on the startup, development and maintenance of a Customer Loyalty Program? We are looking to initiate one here at our Recreation Center and figuring why reinvent the wheel I thought I might ask LERN and see what they know within their knowledge base and library of resources.

 

A: The Go Card program in San Ramon, CA. is a one example of a Loyalty Program.
