Welcome to the most exciting week of the year in lifelong learning!

Sessions To Light Up Your Program

Our field is changing rapidly now. The next three days feature the latest, most advanced, practical how-to tips and strategies in the field on marketing, programming, management, finance, digital promotion and more.

Our conference makes you money.  Take home tips for a big ROI.

 Just One Tip

Just one tip can make your program thousands of dollars. Carolyn Madzar of Marlborough, MA said she got a tip at a recent LERN conference that made her an additional $1,800 in profit twice a year from just one class. That would be more than $10,000 over three years; not just in more income, but pure profit.

Historic Conference Begins

-A new professional development program for the field is announced

-A new Integrated Marketing model for lifelong learning is created

-Premiere! The new book, “Invisible Diversity,” which will change your classes

-Urgent Alert! Paper price increases demand changes for your 2019 print brochures

…..and we haven’t started yet!

Conference Notebook

Our new  conference notebook gives you a place to keep your notes, plan your top ‘to do’ actions following the conference, and take home:

-The State of Lifelong Learning for 2019

-LERN Forecasts for 2019

Today’s Keynoter

Richard Hardon, “UP! 5 Steps For Explosive Growth and Success”

You Vote at Lunch Today

Today’s luncheon will have you vote on the most important new topics you think LERN should add to our professional development programs.  Plus seating by a fun “granfalloon” topic, like “I like the Game of Thrones,”  “I like Steven King’s books,” or “My Cat Can Scare Your Dog.”

More Panel Sessions

Today we have more panel sessions than ever before featuring your fellow colleagues.

Roundtables

Every session we have two different Roundtable topics in the Greene and Pulaski rooms on the first Floor.

Every session good, but okay to walk out

Every session in the conference is good. But not every session may be right for you and your program.

If, after the first 10 minutes, a session is not meeting your needs, simply get up and go to another. We’ve got plenty of advanced, practical sessions for you.
