Susan Davis will lead a panel of Gen Yers at the 2016 LERN Annual Conference, Nov. 16-19 in Baltimore, discussing how to design programs for the modern learner, especially with Gen Y in mind.

Davis was the first Chair of the LERN Emerging Leaders Council when it was formed two years ago.
