We manufactured jewelry for Avon, Tiffany, David Yurman, and so on. I learned all my business skills running the factory. In the 1960s we had over 30 people who were glassblowers making glass beads. My grandfather actually invented the dipping of glass beads for coloring. This week I was at Corning Community College in New York, the home of Corning Glass. I was able to visit the Corning Glass Museum. Brought back many way cool memories.       ### LATEST NEWS Video: How to Get the Most From a LERN Membership LERN Video - The LERN Program Review: Position Your Unit for Success LERN Cancellation Rates and New Programs: A Lesson From Netflix Kathryn Lynch-Morin Ready for Liftoff: Drones and Drone Courses are More Popular Than Ever Kathryn Lynch-Morin Working with the University of Nebraska - Omaha LERN [Tweets by @LernUpdates](https://twitter.com/LernUpdates) [LERN Club Sign-In](http://beta.lern.org/club/)
