My travels brought me to multiple cities this past week. I was the keynote presenter at the CEANY Conference in Syracuse, New York and presented the 20 critical trends for continuing education programs in the second half of this decade.

Then I traveled to the National Fire Protection Association where I am helping the Training Division build a 5-Year Strategic Plan.

I continue to prepare for the BIG LERN Conference in Orlando, Florida where I will be presenting both Developing Your One-Year Market Plan and Developing Your One-Year Business Plan.
