Alberta, Canada is becoming my second home with visits to multiple programs the past few years.

This past week I travelled to Red Deer College in Red Deer, Alberta to report out to the President and his Council on the Program Review I did in June. The meeting was very beneficial as it is more productive and supportive to continuing education units for me to explain my recommendations than the leader of CE. Red Deer's President, Joel Ward, is a true education futurist and I enjoyed listening to his vision for a growing college committed to continuing education.

After meeting with the President and his Council I met with the Dean Brenda Munro and her CE Management Team and we hammered out a 5-year Finance Plan, as well as a One-Year Business Plan.
