This past week I took a vacation week with my wife, Melinda.

We went sailing for part of the week including an overnight. The weather was great, although the seas at times were rough. Later in August Melinda and I will be sailing for a week, so lots of overnights!  

Also was able to read a few books this past week, including "The Marriage Plot," by Jeffrey Eugenides.

On Saturday I am heading to San Francisco to present at the Association of Continuing Dental Education Conference, so I am on the road again!
