This past week I was in Phoenix consulting with the Maricopa Corporate College (MCOR) Team. They are in Year Two of the merging of 10 campus continuing education programs.

A year ago Julia King Tamang and I gave MCOR a One-Year Plan by Quarters to follow and they have done an outstanding job meeting goals.

This visit we worked on staff training, as well as setting a four-year Plan as the next phase.

As merging becomes more a trend in continuing education, MCOR will serve as a model for other districts and cities.
