My Program Review travels landed me in Champaign, IL this past week.

I did a Program Review for Triss Henderson and her Business Training Team at Parkland College.

Business Training has an amazing Operations Team and is one of the first smaller continuing education programs I have visited with a staff productivity number of over $150,000.

Lots of opportunity for growth and Triss' staff is dedicated to implementing best practices to grow participation, revenue and contracts.
