The last five days I have been catching up on a variety of projects and prepping for three-and-a-half months of non-stop travel.I headed to a cabin in New Hampshire and while working it snowed 2 feet. So of course I headed out for some cross country skiing. The best snow I have skied on in over five years!
My work time focused on the state of contract training for the LERN Contract Training Conference in Chicago on April 15-17, best practices for operations staff for the Operations & Staffing Institute in New Orleans on April 7-10 and CEO skills I will be teaching at the LERN Executive Leadership I in Tucson, Arizona on April 23-25.
Lots of new and exciting stuff!
