One of LERN's greatest benefits and the service I enjoy the most providing is free technical
assistance.
Each LERN member gets three hours of free technical assistance consulting each year. The consulting comes in the form of answering your emails or phone calls, setting up phone calls with your staff, or doing research.
This past week I met by phone with Kirkwood Community College's Programming Team to discuss data to collect and analyze and how to use LERN's Program Planner Tool.
