Spent two days working with Mac McGinty and his team at the Community College Workforce Alliance in Virginia working on strategic initiatives to guide CCWA's growth over the next five years. Although the economic times are tough, winning CE units are preparing for growth starting after 2015 by developing new products, services and delivery methods.
