Saw my first significant snow of the year in Olds Canada (north of Calgary) where I was doing a PMI! During my stay in Olds, I was able to spend time with the Olds College Continuing Education Operation Team. The Operations Team led by an Operations Director, as well as the hiring of a Programming Director to manage the Continuing Education Programming Staff at the Olds College Schools, were recommendations made during a LERN Program Review. The Operations Team has been in place less than a year and I was very impressed by the operational tasks absorbed, the data being collected and the level of customer service staff are providing. Great show Olds College!
