Drove down from Minneapolis to visit with Hawkeye Community College BCE Team. Great visit catching up, answering questions, and helping with some Lumens reporting requirements. I have so much fun when I visit HCC. Then I traveled to Maryland to present "30 Best Operations Practices" for Laura Wetherald and her Howard Parks & Recreation staff, as well as other Maryland Parks & Recreation staff. Lots of people and lots of great questions and connections.
