But are your youth-oriented classes and programs making your program as much profit as they can? The Youth Programs/Summer Camps pre-conference seminar at the [LERN Annual Conference](http://www.lern.org/conference/index.cfm), Nov. 21-23 in San Francisco, will guide attendees on improving their summer camps, kids' college, child and youth programming.  Cathy Noonan, a long-time youth programming professional from Irvine, Calif., will lead the pre-conference seminar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20.
