In just a few years, every in-person course will need to be hybrid, flipped and blended.
More students are demanding online courses, flexibility and new ways of learning, and success for your organization means adapting instructor teaching methods to meet student needs.
Kassia Dellabough, an expert and instructor in online teaching methods, will be presenting an exciting new session on developing flipped, blended and hybrid courses at the LERN Annual Conference in San Francisco, Nov. 20-23.
Dellabough, who received her Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, currently lives in Oregon and serves as a senior project manager and senior instructor at the Academic Extension of the University of Oregon where she is responsible for cultivating new online programs and courses across campus. She has been a LERN senior consultant since 2003.
If you attend her session, you'll learn how to train your instructors to teach classes using the web. Attendees also will take away an easy 10-step method to train instructors on building and teaching hybrid, blended and flipped courses.
Along with her session on developing hybrid courses, Dellabough also will lead sessions on event management, cultivating collaboration and marketing to Boomers.
